ADA Issues can be hard to spot.

Sometime a business thinks it has complied with all ADA issues and requirements but it still ends up in a lawsuit.

Let’s look at a case alleging that the accessible route in not connected to the accessible building facilities. In other words, alleging that accessible parking and adjacent access aisle are not connected to other accessible features.

Connecting accessible feature makes obvious sense. There is no point to a ramp unconnected to any accessible doorway. No point to an accessible parking space unconnected to any ramp . . . You get it. But here, in my humble opinion, the business looks compliant – even though they were sued.
