ADA Lawsuit Litigation: Business Creates Dangerous, Non-Compliant Ramp

Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuits - based on a lack of accessible entryway into a business - are not merely seeking a ramp that is "for show," but are seeking actual, safe, ADA compliant ingress into the offending business. In this video we see an example of an improvised and dangerous ramp. ADA Lawsuit Litigation can be caused where ramps do not comply with the requirement to be on a specific slope, with flared sides or guardrails, a landing at the top, and must have other features designed to be a safe means for entering and exiting a business. Creating a non-compliant ramp (probably without permits) in response to an ADA lawsuit will only create additional liabilities, injury hazard, and continued inaccessibility.
